My responsibilities were to ensure construction activities are undertaken in accordance with Project needs in general and compatible with project schedule and cost objectives in particular. Reviewing of all Method Statements dealing regarding major repair and modification works. Monitoring of maintenance activities on turbines and generators using Maintenance Management Program and scheduling through M.S Project software.
To monitor Contractor’s construction activities and provides advice as necessary to ensure they meet job specifications within budget and schedule and that they comply with operating units’ safety rules and procedures.
